We have more than 20 in-house, multi-brand programmers. We design and integrate industrial automation systems tailored to each plant, without limitations: from complex DCS systems to PLC-based solutions for discrete processes.
At Grupo Miesa we deliver turnkey industrial automation projects that provide full control, operational efficiency and maximum reliability. We have extensive experience both in critical continuous processes —cracking units, refining and heavy chemicals— and in the automation of discrete processes —conveyors, bottling plants and packaging lines.

Complete automation on Siemens PCS 7 with more than 4,000 process signals, standard libraries (APL, IL, PAC / 3WL / 3VA, Softstarter), Virtual Commissioning with SIMIT to validate the logic before commissioning, and Siemens Safety Integrated for critical environments.

KHI recovery in the Gulf
Automation, electrical installation and instrumentation of the kinetic hydrate inhibitor evaporation and recovery system (UNIT 110 – KHI Removal) at one of the most important gas plants in the Gulf. A PCS 7 project in an ATEX environment.

Drinking water, desalination and wastewater
Plant automation with large-scale DCS systems (48 MLD): filtration and settling, reverse osmosis and ultrafiltration, disinfection, chemical dosing and sludge control, with a redundant architecture integrated with analysers, dosing units and variable speed drives.

Mori-No-Miyako biomass plant
Complete programming of the control system of a plant that generates electricity from biomass (wood pellets and palm kernel shells, PKS): redundant conveying and storage, dust hazard control and safe, efficient operation.

Control migration of a crude oil pumping station
