Our 40-strong maintenance team looks after the plant’s electrical installations, instrumentation, process analysers and control software. It does so with the same technical knowledge with which the group designs, manufactures, installs and programs these systems, so a single point of contact covers all the electrical and control work.

Maintenance of the plant’s electrical installations: panels, cabinets, motor control centres, their wiring and lighting.
Industrial instrumentation
Preventive and corrective maintenance of field instrumentation and its measurement and control loops.
Process analysers
Preventive and corrective maintenance of process analysers, sample conditioning systems and CEMS.
Automation and control software
Support for the plant’s PLC, DCS and SCADA systems: fault diagnosis, modifications and backups.

Preventive maintenance
Planned work on instruments and analysers to preserve their condition and measurement reliability, and to detect deviations before they become a failure.
Corrective maintenance
Diagnosis and repair of instruments and analysers when a fault occurs, to restore equipment operation and reliable measurement.
Automation software support
We maintain the software of the automation and control systems that run the plant:

Experience
We have experience in maintaining critical facilities, such as the 800 analysers and analytical instruments at the Petronor refinery. We know the systems we maintain because the group designs, integrates and commissions them: process analysers and CEMS, cabinets and MCCs built in our own workshop, electrical and lighting installations, and DCS and PLC control systems.
