Between 2013 and 2015 we delivered three identical Siemens PCS 7 control systems for Elytt Energy and Neureus, each for a VPI plant. In vacuum pressure impregnation, the part is impregnated with resin in an autoclave, first under vacuum and then under pressure, to remove the air and fill every void in the insulation.
Control architecture of each system
- CPU 414-3 PN/DP controller
- Ten ET 200SP stations with digital inputs and outputs, analogue inputs and 43 temperature modules (RTD/thermocouple)
- Operator station (OS Single Station) with web server
